Terms and Conditions
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Please have the following information available when registering:
- Company name, department and address
- Phone and fax numbers
- E-mail address
- Class name, location and start date
For public class registration, Education Services requires a written registration with your personal information, either the registration form on our Public Training Schedule, direct email to training_finland@mentor.com or an separate purchase order.
PAYMENT
Invoice is sent after completion of training. Payment terms are 30 days net.
PUBLIC PRICES
All course fees are shown in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT.
The course fee includes tuition and course material. For courses held at Mentor Graphics' training center and it also includes lunch and refreshments.
CLASS HOURS
Daily class hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, unless otherwise noted.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a public class enrollment or private class delivery must be received ten business days prior to the class start date. Cancellation inside of ten business days or a "no show" occurrence will result in a full charge of the class fee. Mentor Graphics Education Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes by notifying students at least ten business days prior to the class start date.
TRAINING ON DEMAND OR ON-SITE
If you require a class that is not currently scheduled or an on-site training, please contact the Training Administrator tel: +358 207 459 859 or email: training_finland@mentor.com. Both standard and customized classes can be arranged at customer sites.

TRAVEL ADVISORY:
Please do not buy non-refundable airline tickets due to the possibility of scheduling changes.
PLEASE NOTE:
Every effort has been made to ensure that the contents of the Mentor Graphics Web Pages are accurate; however, with Mentor Graphics policy of continuous improvement, the company reserves the right to change the contents of any course. The Company also reserves the right to cancel a class but will give as much advance notice as possible.
