At Mentor Graphics, our software products are on the cutting edge, and our Benefits programs are, too. Of course we have great health and income protection plans. It's our innovative approach to employee stock purchase, our adoption benefit, and many other programs that really set us apart.
Mentor benefit programs vary with the locations where Mentor people work so they’re competitive with local markets and compliant with local legislation. All are aimed at providing security and making it easier to enjoy your work and life.

Mentor Graphics has an uncapped reimbursement policy. The first $4000 of Tuition Reimbursement will be funded annually for an employee as a benefit. Managers may choose to fund additional Tuition Reimbursement from their own cost center as long as it meets the criteria described here. If an employee has received Tuition Reimbursement exceeding $10,000 in the last 12 months and terminates employment, the employee will be required to repay 50% of the tuition reimbursement received in the preceding 12 months.
100% for tuition, books, and other costs associated with courses such as lab fees (calculators and regular school supplies are not reimbursable items). Indirect costs such as application and program fees, parking, interest charges, deferral charges, drop charges, travel and meals, and other non-course related fees are not covered.
Tuition Reimbursement is available to regular employees who have been at Mentor Graphics for a minimum of six months and work at least 20 hours or more per week. Tuition reimbursement is pro-rated for employees working less than full-time.
