Adoption Benefit Program
Designed to help offset the costs of adopting a child, the program reimburses 100% of all eligible legal, medical, and agency fees related to the adoption, up to $5,000.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Available in 16 countries, the plan offers the opportunity to purchase Mentor Graphics shares at a 15% discount.
Flexible Time Off (FTO)
In addition to the paid holidays for your work location, you’ll receive 24 days of paid time off to use at your discretion, beginning with the first year of employment. Employees accrue two days of paid time off per month until their accrual reaches 80 hours, encouraging employees to take much needed time off throughout the year.
