Mentor benefit programs vary with the locations where Mentor people work so they’re competitive with local markets and compliant with local legislation. All are aimed at providing security and making it easier to enjoy your work and life.

Here are a few examples:

  • Adoption Benefit Program
    Designed to help offset the costs of adopting a child, the program reimburses 100% of all eligible legal, medical, and agency fees related to the adoption, up to a set maximum.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
    Available in 16 countries, the plan offers the opportunity to purchase Mentor Graphics shares at a discount and includes a feature that locks the lowest buy price for two years.
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO)
    In addition to the paid holidays for your work location, you’ll receive 15 days of paid time off to use at your discretion, beginning with the first year of employment. Unused hours can carry over to the next year and apply to extended time away from work such as a Sabbatical Leave.
  • Lactation Assistance
    Mentor supports women who choose to continue nursing their infants when they return to work by providing referral to certified consultants and locked private rooms at some sites.
  • Pre-paid Legal Program
    You, your spouse or domestic partner, and your eligible dependents can elect to receive a wide range of legal services from experienced attorneys at a low semimonthly rate.
