Description

Responsible for web application development of interactive, dynamic enterprise level sites leveraging the latest development methodologies in Adobe ColdFusion 8, Adobe Flex 3, Action Script 3, and AJAX.

Our projects include developing business metrics and reporting sites, developing custom content management systems, building high traffic customer facing sites and building business decision management and application tools. Must have proven expertise in web applications development, database development, site layout and design, creation of reporting and content sites using XML and XSLT, and advanced development of ColdFusion components including the use of frameworks. Requires strong communication skills, ability to interact with customers to determine needs and requirements. Must be able to produce high quality web applications in a fast-paced environment. Individual must be highly motivated and self-directed. Requires the ability to work on multiple projects at once and effectively manage small projects. As part of a large web development team, you will be responsible for architecture, component development, code development, and integration and test on large projects and must have the ability to work well in a team environment.

Our development environment includes Eclipse IDE, Flex Builder, Atlassian Confluence, Subversion, and CruiseControl.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • Four years experience in ColdFusion application development including use of Object Oriented design practices.
  • One year producing web sites with advanced technologies including Flex and Action Script.
  • Must be able to demonstrate work and code samples from multiple projects.
