At our two largest offices, in Wilsonville, OR, and in San Jose, CA, you can get a real feel for what life is like on a Mentor Graphics campus -- from on-site work-out facilities to all-employee quarterly meetings -- this is where it gets done.

On over 90 acres, the campus was designed to enhance the livability of the area for both wildlife and Mentor Graphics. Trees, shrubs and plants were chosen to blend with the natural surroundings, which enhance the natural waterways and wetland areas. The "Commons" is a central building where employees have an opportunity for rest and rejuvenation. Our Café offers a variety of food selections for convenient dining during breakfast and lunch hours. The Café also wheels it's way through the hallways each morning and afternoon for those who need a little extra snack to get them through their day. It is not unusual to see fellow employees enjoying a fresh hot latte from the coffee cart, our on site coffee cart; watching the latest news events on the big screen TV; or playing foosball or table tennis before heading back to their office.

For those who desire a little more activity, there is an on site gymnasium and workout facility where employees have the opportunity to:

• Weight/circuit train
• Do aerobics
• Participate in basketball, volleyball, soccer, badminton, softball, flag football
• Run or walk on nearby trails
• Relax in the sauna & jacuzzi
• Shower in the private locker rooms

This facility is run by Corporate Club Management (CCM) and sponsored by Mentor Graphics so that our employees and their families can enjoy this benefit free of charge. For added convenience, our employees may also get a haircut, a massage, and/or use the credit union in the "Commons" building. But that's not all...

Our employees also have the opportunity to have some fun by participating in activities such as Cinco de Mayo, Octoberfest, and MGC's annual Winter Dance. Mentor Graphics also adds some excitement to the everyday grind with Movie Day, a Pancake Breakfast (served by our Execs), and an awesome Summer Picnic! If you have a burning desire to learn about the business, we have quarterly Employee Communication Meetings. These forums allow employees to hear about quarterly results and to ask questions about new products, product performance and etc. As you can see, Mentor is the place to be!
