Schedule and Fees
Child Development Center (CDC) rates are set to be market-competitive with programs of similar size and quality.
Tuition is determined through a process that includes a review of benchmark data from programs in and near our geographic area regardless of quality plus data from programs that carry similarly accredited status from the NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children). Tuition rates are evaluated regularly to assess market competitiveness. When rate adjustments are required, families will receive notice in writing before an increase takes effect.

Policies
Tuition is assessed on a monthly basis and is collected in two payments, on the 15th and 31st of each month. Tuition will not be adjusted for holiday closures, illness, or family vacations; however, families are credited back tuition for the August in-service closure. In addition to tuition, the CDC charges late fees to families who excessively violate the closing policies outlined in our Parent Handbook.

Holidays and Closures
The CDC is closed in accordance with Mentor Graphics holidays (8 days per calendar year). In addition, the Center is closed for our annual staff in-service during the last week of August, and 2 to 5 days each winter for maintenance and repairs. The CDC provides a complete school calendar to families at the start of their enrollment.
