Michael Vishny

Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Michael Vishny is vice president and chief human resources officer, responsible for organizational planning and development, employment, compensation, benefits, safety and health, and employee services at Mentor Graphics. Vishny was most recently senior vice president, Human Resources, at Conexant Systems, Inc. (formerly Rockwell Semiconductor Systems). Prior to that, he was a senior HR executive at US Robotics, Inc., Gateway Computers, S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. and the A.C. Nielsen Company. He received a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
