Sharron Rotty has twenty years of experience in business operations and human resources management. Before joining Mentor, she was the senior HR executive at 6,000-employee SOLA International Inc. Prior to that, Sharron was corporate controller and human resources manager for Z-Tech Companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Southwest Missouri State University, and an MBA from William Woods University.
