This year is my first time attending CES and to be honest it’s a little overwhelming to figure out what to do. I at least have some things I know I’m doing that fill in at least a third of my time. It looks like we’ll have quite a few people from Mentor Graphics at the show this year, including our CEO, Walden Rhines. It makes a lot of sense especially for Automotive since Mentor has solutions for Linux based Infotainment, vehicle network (CAN lin) communication and ECU design including AUTOSAR, and cable and harness design.
A number of people from Mentor Graphics will be at CES next week. We’ll be at the GENIVI CES Showcase highlighting our Linux Based Infotainment solutions in the evenings Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at the Trump Towers. You can register for free here. A few of us will also be attending the Consumer Telematics Show on Monday at Mandalay Bay.
I’m also excited to just walk around CES and see the latest trends and wares from all the companies that will be there and see the latest and greatest gadgets. It should be a fun and tiring week
If you have any suggestions on must do things while I’m at CES please comment below, also comment if you’d like to meet up.
