GENIVI Demonstration Showcase – Freescale i.MX6 and Texas Instruments Jacinto 6
This year at the GENIVI showcase we’ll have some demonstrations on hand, more importantly you can pick the brains of some of our system architects who will be in attendance. This year we’ll highlight demonstrations on multiple hardware platforms including the Freescale i.MX6 and the Texas Instruments Jacinto 6, showing how Linux, AUTOSAR and hypervisor technology can be combined to meet the needs of Infotainment systems. The showcase is held the evening of Monday Jan 6th through Wednesday Jan 8th and you can register for free here.
CSR – App Integration and Android
Join CSR on the 3rd floor of the Springhill Suites hotel to see how the Mentor Embedded Automotive Technology Platform and the Wifi Connectivity solution from CSR can integrate applications such as You Tube, Facebook and web access into a Linux and Android based Infotainment system.
Jungo – Multimedia
Join Jungo in the South Hall in booth MP25558 to see how the MedicaCore multimedia software can be used with the Mentor Embedded Linux based Automotive Technology Platform
Obigo – Browser and HTML 5
Join Obigo to see how the HTML 5 Car Platform from Obigo can be integrated with the Mentor Infotainment Platform to add browser support and bring in HTML 5 based HMIs and applications.
Texas Instruments – Jacinto 6 Infotainment and AUTOSAR
Mentor and TI will be showcasing how the heterogeneous architecture Jacinto 6 can be used to bring together Infotainment systems as well as AUTOSAR on a single SoC.
