Nucleus Innovate Customer Highlight: Agatsa

With the Internet of Things (IoT) quickly approaching, embedded designers are working diligently to ready their next generation products for a new set of networking, connectivity and security requirements. The Nucleus RTOS is well positioned for the IoT market given its small microkernel footprint along with a host of connectivity options to support IoT requirements. The Nucleus Innovate Program continues to attract customers in many market segments, including IoT.

I’d like to highlight a recent Nucleus Innovate Customer who offers a very exciting product in the wearable medical space. The company is called Agatsa and they’re based in Noida, India. Their product is called Sanket, which is a mini ECG that is small enough and light enough for the user to carry it in their pocket. Sanket will likely use a Tiva™ C Series from Texas Instruments which is an ARM® Cortex®-M4F-based microcontroller engine. Sanket is not only portable, it’s user friendly that can measure, record, transmit and interpret ECG all from a compact device.

The Nucleus RTOS small footprint and connectivity options, coupled with the Sourcery CodeBench IDE tools and free-access make the Nucleus Innovate Program a perfect fit for Agatsa. We are excited to have agatsa as a Nucleus Innovate Customer and wish them great success with the extremely cool and convenient Sanket product!  For more information on Agatsa and the Sanket mini ECG device, please visit:

The Nucleus Innovate Program is targeted small companies, startups and entrepreneurs. Qualified customers get free-access to the popular Nucleus RTOS and seats of the Sourcery Codebench tools. Check to see if your company and project are qualified today:
