What is the “Academic Edition” of Sourcery™ CodeBench?
The Academic Edition of Sourcery™ CodeBench is our Personal Edition of the product, offered at a special reduced price. It's intended for use by educational institutes (universities, technical colleges, etc.) for non-profit, non-production academic use only (classrooms, course work, labs, projects, etc).
Please note that this edition does not include technical support. If you require an edition with professional technical support, please purchase either Professional or Standard editions of Sourcery CodeBench.
How do I purchase the Academic Edition of Sourcery CodeBench?
If you are affiliated with a university/educational institution, and qualify under our usage guidelines (i.e., non-commercial, non-profit use only), click the "Buy Now" button at the right to purchase this software.
As part of the purchase process, you will be required to sign in or create a Mentor.com account using your academic institution email address, ending in ".edu."
The store will only recognize these email domains; if you attempt to purchase with an account tied to a personal email address you will be unable to complete the purchase.
I followed the steps outlined above, but was unable to successfully complete my Sourcery CodeBench Academic Edition purchase. May I still purchase the product?

May I acquire Sourcery CodeBench Academic Edition through Mentor's Higher Education program (HEP)?
Unfortunately, the Academic Edition of Sourcery CodeBench is not a part of Mentor’s HEP. You will need to acquire copies using the method outlined above (with the online store).
