Aaron W. Shin is the senior director of transition to production at Raytheon in Waltham, Massachusetts. He is currently leading numerous corporate projects to improve efficiency of overall Product Realization. Shin joined Raytheon in 2007, bringing extensive engineering, manufacturing, program management, IT, and marketing experience from high-volume commercial manufacturing companies such as General Motors and most recently Ford Motor Company. After receiving a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, he earned a master's degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he studied as a General Motors scholar.
