This 5 day session is the second part of a required 10 day course. It is recommended that a 2 to 4 week period take place between this and the Part 1 sessions . The course is designed to equip harness engineers with the methods and skills needed to manage and process harnesses using Capital Engineer.
You will learn how to
- Create "static" data
- Create and maintain a component database
- Create 2D harness design drawings
- Understand and correct design errors
- Engineer harnesses and make design changes
- Produce and understand harness analysis and manufacturing reports
- Create and maintain complex components
- Maintain data over distributed sites
- Perform complex harness engineering (composite)
