PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Please have the following information available when registering:
Company name and address
Phone and fax numbers
E-mail address
Class name, location and start date
Credit Card or Payment Information
For public class registration, Mentor Graphics Education Services requires a credit card or one of the payment methods below to secure your reservation. Your credit card will be billed the entire class fee if another form of payment is not received. 30 days advanced booking is recommended.
PAYMENT:
Payment for training must be received at least 10 business days prior to the class start date. The receipt of the following will purchase and confirm a registration:
Receipt of a PO hardcopy by fax or mail
Receipt of a check to Mentor Graphics
Approved Visa, MasterCard, or American Express number and expiration date.

Mentor Graphics standard payment terms apply. Net 30 days or less.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of a public class enrollment or private class delivery must be received ten business days prior to the class start date. Cancellation inside of ten business days or a "no show" occurrence will result in a full charge of the class fee. Mentor Graphics Education Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes by notifying students at least ten business days prior to the class start date.
CLASS HOURS:
Daily class hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, unless otherwise noted.
TRAVEL ADVISORY:
Please do not buy non-refundable travel and ccommodations reservations due to the possibility of scheduling changes.
PLEASE NOTE:
Every effort has been made to ensure that the contents of the Mentor Graphics Web Pages are accurate; however, with Mentor Graphics policy of continuous improvement, the company reserves the right to change the contents of any course. The Company also reserves the right to cancel a class but will give as much advance notice as possible.

Public Classes:
All prices shown are in Rupees and do NOT include any tax.
If a telephone booking has been made, this must then be followed by written confirmation on headed paper with the appropriate authority for the booking (preferably a purchase order). This confirmation can be sent by fax, or by post to the local office, and should arrive no later than 10 working days before the class.
On-site Classes:
Standard or customized classes can be arranged at customer sites.
The customer must provide a minimum of one machine for every two students attending for the on-site rates to apply. Machines can be provided by Mentor Graphics for the duration of the class at additional cost. Rates are available on request. Alternatively, a Private Class in a Mentor Graphics Training Centre may be a better option.
