This 5 day session is the first part of a required 10 day course. It is recommended that a two to four week period take place between the sessions so trainees will have the opportunity to apply acquired knowledge with practical application in their own working environment and workflow.

The course is designed to equip harness engineers with the methods and skills needed to manage and process harnesses using Capital Engineer. 

You will learn how to

• Create "static" data
• Create and maintain a component database
• Create 2D harness design drawings
• Understand and correct design errors
• Engineer harnesses and make design changes
• Produce and understand harness analysis and manufacturing reports
• Create and maintain complex components
• Maintain data over distributed sites
• Perform complex harness engineering (composite)

Hands-On Labs

Detailed lab exercises help reinforce what is discussed during the lectures and provide you with extensive tool usage experience under the guidance of our industry expert instructors.
