Terms and Conditions General Information
To Register
A preliminary registration can be made by email, fax, the online registration form or by calling +81-3-5488-3030, but shall be confirmed by a written request (Training Application Form) sent by email or fax.
Location
All courses in the training schedule are held at Mentor Graphics' offices in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.
Language of Instruction
All courses are conducted in Japanese; course materials are in Japanese and/or English. Occasionally, a class may be taught in English and in such case, students will be notified before registration is confirmed
Course Hours
All course days typically start at 10:00am and ends at 5:00pm. (1 hour lunch time included)
Cancellation
Cancellation of a public class enrollment or private class delivery must be received six business days prior to the class start date. Cancellation inside of six business days or a "no show" occurrence will result in a full charge of the class fee. Mentor Graphics Education Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes by notifying students at least six business days prior to the class start date.
Prices
All training fees in the training schedule are shown in Japanese Yen. All fees will be subjected to 5% consumption tax.
The cost of the class includes tuition and course documentation. For courses held at Mentor Graphics' offices it also includes use of computer hardware.
When the course is held at the customer's premises, Mentor Graphics will charge for the instructor's travel, living expenses and for the instructor's time required for approval of installation and training environment.

Course Customization
Mentor Graphics can adjust the training contents to meet customer's special requirements.
Payment
If payment is not made before training starts, Invoice will be sent after termination of training. Payment terms are 30 days net
