The course focuses on development of in-car communication software using the Volcano Target Package (VTP) software.
Detailed lab exercises help reinforce what is discussed during the lectures and provide you with extensive tool usage experience under the guidance of our industry expert instructors.

Hands-On Labs

Roughly half of the time is spent on a workshop in our demonstration lab with 4 development stations (PC, IAR C-Compiler, Star12-based ECU and IAR C-Spy debugger) where the participants write small programs that communicate by using VTP, the other half is spent with presentations.

Audience

The class is suitable for application programmers that are to use the VTP and other personnel working with development of an ECU and its application software. System integrators working with VNA will also benefit from the class.

Prerequisites

The participants are assumed to be familiar with the ‘C’ programming language.
