Support in the Nordic Region

Mentor Graphics is proud to provide our customers with high quality support. Mentor Graphics has an extensive support organisation, consisting of 400 engineers world-wide, working to ensure that our customers continuously obtain maximum productivity from their Mentor Graphics tools.

Mentor Graphics has a strong presence in the Nordic Region, with offices in Kista, Espoo and Hoersholm, where a team of 20 Application Engineers is available for your assistance.

To ensure timely response - guaranteed 2 working hours response time - we cooperate with Mentor Graphics' Support Center in the UK. The UK Support Center has a team of 10 Engineers who will address your support calls in cooperation with their Nordic colleagues, so in total 30 people are available for your support.

The UK Support Center is open normal working days :

7.30 AM to 5.00 PM UK time
8.30 AM to 6.00 PM SE time
9.30 AM to 7.00 PM FI time

Your calls are automatically forwarded to the Support Center in the UK. The Support Center will register your question/problem and directly connect you to a Support Engineer with the appropriate product skill-set. Should in-depth knowledge about the customers environment be required the case will be transferred to the Nordic Support Team.
