What is a Go URL?In this blog space I’m going to “look under the hood” of electronics assembly processes, dissect why we do things the way we do them and expose hidden opportunities for improvement.
What are the key quality metrics that customers really care about? What’s the difference between DPM and DPMO anyway?
How can you optimize material flow so that material isn’t just sitting around depreciating, but is in constant motion?
Why do we care about OEE? …. or do we?
Is traceability overrated? What does it mean? Why is it that when one vendor talks about traceability, it isn’t the same as another?
