Mentor Graphics and INEUMconsulting agree to co-operate in electrical systems & wire harness domains

WILSONVILLE, Ore., April 4, 2004 - Mentor Graphics Corporation and INEUMconsulting, formerly a part of Deloitte & Touche Consulting, today announced that they will work together at certain customers in the transportation platform electrical systems and wire harness domains. Mentor Graphics? is a leading supplier of specialized electrical system design, analysis and harness engineering software within the transportation segment. INEUMconsulting specializes in strategic business consulting tasks such as enterprise transformation and investment justification. A successful but informal co-operation between the two companies to deploy Mentor Graphics' Capital Harness Systems? products at a major customer has led to the agreement to work more closely together. The joint approach is designed to provide maximum benefits to customers considering deployment of Capital Harness Systems software by leveraging each other's respective strengths. Mentor Graphics will focus on continued development of world-class software solutions, while INEUMconsulting will offer non-software services such as business analysis and deployment project management. The arrangement is significantly strengthened by Mentor Graphics' own consulting organization, which has many years experience developing and implementing customized software within this domain, complementing Mentor's standard software products.
