1. Agree to complete an integration of both company's complimentary products.
2. Develop a demo showing Nucleus products operating on partners products as well as posting on both parties websites. In addition, the demo shall be run on Nucleus SIMTest and be included into Mentor’s SIMTest distribution package.
3. Work with an assigned marketing representative for issuance of a press release announcing the partnership and integrated solution.
4. Co-market by leveraging a variety of channels and tools such as events, public relations, web marketing, solution guides and success stories.
5. Establishment of reciprocal web mentions, i.e., hot links, logo’s and boilerplate information.
6. Bring Mentor Graphics account representatives into current and/or potential customer opportunities, i.e., identifies possible Nucleus Operating System, Middleware, Tools, and Connection Device sales.
