Overview
This webinar discusses the various methodologies to radiation effects mitigation and their impact on development, quality-of-results, and reliability.
In particular, we will take a close look at new implementation flows for a variety of antifuse and flash-based devices. If your FPGA application is susceptible to radiation effects, what is the best approach to ensure reliable operation? Device selection, design coding, and software implementation flows all play a role.
What You Will Learn
- Different types of radiation event effects in FPGAs
- The advantages of rad-tolerant FPGA silicon architectures
- Challenges of hand-coding mitigation schemes
- Software implementation flows that can expand your device alternatives
