InVarianInVarian to Calibre Enabling Interface

Invarian's InVar provides an interface to Calibre® nmLVS and Calibre xRC™. The user needs to give a Tcl command in the InVar shell environment or invoke the wizard which walk the designer through the necessary inputs and set-up.
