Mentor Graphics AMS Technology Design Kit Based on Dongbu Process Technology

Dongbu HiTek’s 0.35-micron technology offers various types of Bipolar, CMOS and DMOS options with up to 60V operation. Ideal for motor control, power management and high-end amplifier applications, this technology provides low R(on) high voltage devices, high voltage resistors, capacitors, and diodes. Dongbu HiTek’s 0.18-micron technology offers a stable process with up to 26V transistors required for LCD Driver applications.

Software Tool Requirements
- IC Flow 2006.2 or later (To check the version, enter the da_ic -ver command.)
- Eldo version 5.5_1.1 or greater (To check the version, enter the $anacad/bin/eldo - rel command.)
