AMI Semiconductor Signs Multi-Year Access Agreement for Mentor Graphics Intellectual Property

WILSONVILLE, Ore., January 28, 2003 - Mentor Graphics Corp. (Nasdaq: MENT) today announced the selection of its Intellectual Property (IP) by AMI Semiconductor (AMIS), a world leader in the design and manufacture of application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs).  Under this agreement, AMIS will provide its customers with Mentor Graphics? Inventra^TM IP, proven solutions for a wide range of design applications.
