Every spring Mentor Graphics sends out a survey to it’s client base asking for feedback. This year the message came through loud and clear – you have missed our old user meetings where we all got a chance to get together, talk about all things CFD and learn from one another. Based on your feedback, we decided to hold a series of Mechanical U2U Meetings around the globe:

Germany: Sept 28-30

North America: October 20-21

France: November 8-9, 2011

England: November 14-15, 2011

We’ve designed an engaging technical agenda – we know your time is valuable so we have packed in as much training on important subjects as possible. Also, we know that not everyone is comfortable communicating in English so whenever possible we will try to deliver the content in the local language. I should point out that our product managers will be on hand as well — they’ll be joining us for the meals and other sessions so if you don’t get a chance to speak with them during the allotted sessions you will get the opportunity to have a chat with them at some point during the event. These guys are phenomenal and are quite passionate about their products, our customers and the industry. Therefore, if you have a shopping list of new features, this is the best time to discuss them with our product managers.

You’ve spoken and we are responding to your call to arms.  Now don’t miss this opportunity to have your say.

Until next time,

About Nazita Saye

Nazita SayeI have been involved with the CFD user community in one shape or another since 1999 -- when the NIKA team first introduced FloWorks to the engineering community. Over the years I've seen the market evolve and I still marvel at the wide range of products that are being designed with our tools. As the Manager of External Communications for the Mechanical Analysis Division at Mentor, it is my privilege to bring some of our customer stories to you. Visit CFD doesn’t mean Color For Directors
