Thermal Analysis of a UHP High Current Driver
White Paper
ABSTRACT
This paper reports on a thermal feasibility study of the design of the UHP high current driver. The use of statistical techniques enabled the designer to investigate a whole area of variations in the design. With the help of FloTHERM’s Command Centre it was possible to easily prescribe all simulations necessary to build a so-called Response Surface Model.
