I recently started a new series of webinars discussing SERDES Design Solutions.

The first session reviewing Advanced Multi-GHz Analysis Features was broadcast on July 30th 2009.

The first session introduces the unique combination of intuitive user interface and advanced multi-Gbps SERDES analysis offered by Mentor Graphics. This combination will enable every member of your design team to contribute to the success of your project by: maximizing performance, minimizing manufacturing costs, speeding time to market and exceeding reliability standards.

The first session also showcases the depth of Mentor Graphics technology including accurate electro-magnetic extraction, accelerated statistical and linear channel analysis and the unprecedented flexibility and efficiency of simultaneous non-linear circuit and behavioral system level simulation.

I would like to thank those of you who attended the live presentation.

The webinar is now available on-demand.

The next webinar will detail specific case studies: investigating the need to back-drill through-hole vias and accurately matching the lengths of the traces making up multi-Gbps differential pairs. Further details will be proved in the next blog.
