CAMCAD Test Suite

Most test and inspection systems have a dedicated data preparation software package that is available with the machine. Although this software works well for the machine it was designed for it usually does not support other test and inspection equipment. In a mixed vendor test and inspection strategy identical preparation tasks will be duplicated causing errors and increasing costs.

CAMCAD Test Suite provides a multi-vendor solution that can support data preparation and analysis for In-Circuit Test (ICT), Flying Probe Test (FPT), Manufacturing Defects Analysis (MDA), Boundary Scan Test (BST), Automatic X-Ray Inspection (AXI), Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.

CAD import, BOM of Materials (BOM) import, data preparation, Design For Test (DFT) analysis including fixture file creation and dedicated input list file generation for the specific systems provides all the capabilities required to support a multi-vendor test and inspection strategy.
