Electrical Systems Definition & Verification from the Begining
Aerospace electrical systems can be heavy and bulky. Once fixed, it is hard to change a platform's electrical architecture, so optimizing early and throughout in the design process contributes strongly to overall platform performance. In addition, electrical power requirements play a key role in determining those architectures. This session presents techniques to help rapidly assess electrical architectures, focusing especially on size, weight & power (SWaP) metrics. Combining advanced wiring synthesis technology and electrical simulation within an environment that offers strong protection of intellectual property, these capabilities are now entering the development processes of the world's most advanced aerospace companies.
