The Zürich Support Center is staffed with trained, industry-experienced Customer Application Engineers (CAEs) who provide support for all your Mentor Graphics products.
The Hotline is open Monday to Friday 9:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 17:00 We encourage you to log your service requests directly at our SupportNet Web Server. This ensures timely response and gives you access to our support services 24 hours a day. Whichever way you choose to log your request our CAEs will guarantee a timely response.
