Taiwan Training Terms and Conditions
General Information
To Register
A preliminary registration can be made by calling 03-573-4567 #3001 for IC/ASIC training and (02)8725-2031 for PCB training, but shall be confirmed by a written request sent by mail or fax .You can also register by using our online registration training form.
Location
All courses in the training schedule are held at Mentor Graphics' office in Taipei or HsinChu.
Course Hours
All course days start at 9:30am and ends at 5:30pm.
Cancellation
If a registration needs to be cancelled or re-scheduled please notify us no later than 10 working days prior to the course. Cancellation with less than 10 days notice will result in full payment.
Prices
All training fees in the training schedule are shown in NT$. All fees are excluding VAT.
The cost of the class includes tuition and course documentation. For courses held at Mentor Graphics' office it also includes use of computer hardware, lunch and refreshments.
When the course is held at the customer's premises, Mentor Graphics will charge for the instructor's travel, living expenses and for the instructor's time required for approval of installation and training environment.

Course Customization
Mentor Graphics can adjust the training contents to meet customer's special requirements.
Payment
Invoice is sent after termination of training. Payment terms are 30 days net.
