The Consulting Process
The Mentor Consulting experience is structured to meet your particular business and technical requirements. Whether it is a single, short-term engagement or a multi-phase series of engagements, Mentor Consulting has the expertise to ensure your success. The consulting framework consists of a three-step process:
- The Discovery phase enables Mentor Consulting to learn the customer processes, current issues and customer goals.
- The Proposal states the customer's current situation, what is expected as an end result, and a customized solution of services and technologies designed to reach that goal in the fastest, most cost-effective manner.
- The Customized Solution may consist of short or long-term engagements, supported by consulting modules that reinforce the technologies and methodologies, and knowledge transfer to ensure rapid adoption and future successes.
At appropriate times, customers will be asked for feedback regarding the services and/or deliverables that have been provided. Each engagement concludes with a wrap-up meeting to summarize the achievements of the team and to provide a chance to consider follow-on opportunities.
