Registration Information and Payment Terms

Personal Information

Please have the following information available when registering:

• Company name and address
• Phone and fax numbers
• E-mail address
• Class name, location and start date
• Credit card or payment information

For public class registration, Education Services requires a credit card or one of the payment methods below to secure your reservation. Your credit card will be billed the entire class fee if another form of payment is not received.

Payment

Purchase commitment for training must be received at least ten business days prior to the class start date. The receipt of the following will purchase your seat(s) and confirm registration:

• Receipt of a purchase order hardcopy by fax or mail
• Receipt of a check to Mentor Graphics
• Approved Visa, MasterCard, or American Express number and expiration date

Payment for invoices are due Net 30.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a public class enrollment or private class delivery must be received ten business days prior to the class start date. Cancellation inside of ten business days or a "no show" occurrence will result in a full charge of the class fee. Mentor Graphics Education Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes by notifying students at least ten business days prior to the class start date.

Class Hours

Class hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, unless otherwise noted.

Travel

Travel information including hotels, maps and directions is available for specific locations at www.mentor.com/training_and_services/training/centers/. Please refer to Mentor Graphics when booking your accommodations as we have negotiated special rates at some hotels.

Travel Advisory

Please do not buy non-refundable airline tickets due to the possibility of scheduling changes. Mentor Graphics shall have no liability for any fees or charges associated with rescheduling flights or hotel accommodations or any other changes arising out of Course rescheduling or cancellation.
