Why webcasting?
Why webcasting? Mentor Graphics Education Services is utilizing the power of the internet to bring knowledge to your desktop. We will be using audio and video via the Internet to connect all parties involved with this dynamic training. Access codes are provided to dial-in and log-on to our virtual classroom. Typically, only 2 to 3 hours for each session.

When can I view the webcast?
Webcasts are live, interactive broadcasts. They are currently not offered as recorded video.

How do I view the webcast?
Mentor Graphics has selected a collaboration tool called WebEx to facilitate it's webcast training. WebEx includes a software client that is loaded onto your computer which allows you to view and interact with the Mentor Graphics training course. The materials you receive prior to the course will include a tutorial on how to install, set-up and use the client. Students are encouraged to install the client several days before the class. You may receive a call from the instructor a day or two before the class to make sure everything is working properly.

How do I pay?
VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, check or purchase order.
Payment is REQUIRED at least 5 days prior in order to receive access codes and student materials.

How do I get course materials?
Materials will be sent to you prior to class once payment has been received. This may be in the form of downloads from a webpage, FTP site, e-mail attachment or traditional postal service.

How will I receive my access code?
All access codes will be provided via email, and an instructor will contact you to verify set-up.

How will I ask questions during class?
There will be ample opportunity to interact with the instructor both verbally (via conference call) and by text (chat).

Will there be additional costs for phone usage?
Cost of course includes access charges. Your company will not incur additional phone costs in North America. Other locations, please check with your local Mentor Graphics representative.
