Enabling our customers: I’m proud of the impact we have on our customers and how we are centered around customer success. We are a key player in ensuring the semiconductor industry can deliver on the future roadmap using digitalization. No matter where a problem is coming from, we are committed to our customers achieving their design goals.

Team player: I love working with my team. The time I get to spend talking about our technical strategy, the real needs in the marketplace, and how we can bring the best solution forward is my favorite part of the day.

Lessons learned: The greatest lesson I have learned is the importance of leaning against the wind as a leader. It’s critical to be optimistic when things look dark and search for problems when the days are sunny.

Ride on: When I’m not in the office, you can find me on a bike. I’m on track to do 5,000 miles this year!
